What happens on Korriban stays on Korriban.

Welcome back! (I missed last week's update because reality is the pits at the moment) The stairs! OMG

I completely understand what it's like when reality starts sucking. Here's hoping that you can move past it sooner rather than latter.

Hateful imagery.

Mendiloquence

This comic appears to be based on a real-life event which I would have preferred to have left safely in the past, where it could not hurt me ever again. And yet, here it is in comic format on the internet.

This is just hurtful. You're a terrible Jedi.

HOWEVER, I will take this moment to note that my fall was both graceful and stylish, and that my doctors and physical therapists were all very impressed.

Aren't like ALL Jedi terrible Jedi as far as you are concerned?

I dunno. Mendiloquence seemed to be pretty happy to talk to Satele Shan when she turned up on the Black Talon.

Also, glad to see you're still alive, Ilayas. We've all missed you.

I know plenty of people have told you this already, but I simply adore the way you draw Vette with her lekku looped around her like that.

It's even more impressive, since Twi'lek lekku are not prehensile. She either "styled" them there herself, or that's the way they fell after that leaping flip she did in the previous comic. :)

@TAMAGOTCHIKILLER
Thanks! I'm really working on trying to make Vette's lekku more expressive.

@HITOKIRI AKINS
According to both Wookiepedia and the official StarWars.com website twi'lek Lekku ARE indeed prehensile.

To be fair I can't actually think of an example of this portrayed in any official star wars media from legends or the currant cannon (though I'm sure some one out there can find an example) so it's understandable that you would think other wise. Regardless, there have been a few times were I have tried to show Vette styling her Lekku but admittedly I'm still working on getting better at that.

Huh, I stand corrected. But it makes sense, since that same wookieepedia entry (the Legends portion, at any rate) mentions how part of their species' language is both vocal and requiring subtle movements of the lekku.

Rigor

It looks like she folded that way in the previous page.

If I ever fall down stairs it would have been a result of leather soled shoes and running to get out of the rain. By the way, straightening your body results in a supine slide with less chance of injury except for bruises in a place not visible to most.

It only stays on Korriban because the Sith have enough janitors. Heck?m, they have enough for them to have different shifts!
